This month we’ll be looking at our habits. Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform every day. What you repeatedly do (i.e. what you spend time thinking about and doing each day) ultimately forms the person you are, the things you believe, and the personality that you portray.
Your habits are processes, and sometimes our processes need revisiting because they are no longer serving us. It can be a challenge to change a process, but there is beauty in learning that process. Building a non-diet lifestyle and mentality is life changing work. It can be hard, frustrating, yet so freeing and triumphant.
